Keystone Custom Builders is terrific. They helped us design and build a beautiful new custom home. As two engineers trying to figure out how to build a custom home, we determined a professional builder was the way to go and diligently set out to evaluate the builders in our area. KCB and another came out on top. KCB was selected because we were able to look at a beautiful home near us that they’d built and also because of their bid process where they bid with multiple subcontractors. KCB cleanly organized the budget, kept us in our cost window, assisted in countless design/cost/fixture selections, and kept detailed records of expenses and schedule. Their subcontractors were professional, efficient, helpful, and did high quality work. The foreman was particularly excellent in the breadth of knowledge and experience, attention to detail, and incredible work ethic-not to mention sense of humor. This job had its moments as all custom builds do. Keystone handled these with integrity, professionalism, and grace. We are just so pleased!
